Head Office located at: 9 Ham Nghi Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

1 November 1992

Established Hanoi Branch.

16 July 1994

Established Hai Phong Branch.

17 June 1995

Increased charter capital to 15 million USD.

17 April 1997

Established Can Tho Branch.

26 March 2001

Increased charter capital to 20 million USD.

11 September 2002

Established Binh Duong Branch.

24 September 2004

Increased charter capital to 25 million USD.

12 August 2005

Established Dong Nai Branch.

16-22 November 2006

Increased charter capital to 30 - 35 million USD.

28 June 2006

Received a commendation from the Ministry of Finance for good compliance with the 2006 tax policy.

4 December 2006

Established Dong Da Branch.
